These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cox.id platform and services (https://cox.id). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Cox.id provides a platform for businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business Account to the WhatsApp Business API through Meta's Embedded Signup flow. Our services include:

• WhatsApp Business Account onboarding and configuration
• Phone number registration with the WhatsApp Business API
• Webhook management for real-time notifications
• Account status monitoring through our dashboard

Cox.id acts as a technology provider. You maintain full ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account and are responsible for your own billing relationship with Meta.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a legitimate business entity
• Have the authority to bind your business to these Terms
• Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and access tokens
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the WhatsApp Business API complies with all applicable laws and Meta's policies
• The content of messages you send through the WhatsApp Business API
• Obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending messages

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit our platform
• Use the service for any purpose that violates Meta's Platform Terms or WhatsApp Business Policy

5. Meta Platform Compliance

Our services integrate with Meta's platforms. By using our services, you also agree to comply with:

• Meta Platform Terms
• Meta Developer Policies
• WhatsApp Business Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if your use violates any of these policies.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services depend on Meta's APIs and infrastructure, which may experience downtime or changes outside our control. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Meta platform changes, maintenance, or outages.

8. Intellectual Property

The Cox.id platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Cox.id. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without prior written consent. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cox.id shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cox.id in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or Meta's policies. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Indonesia.
